Postpartum guidance for mind, body, and identity

from someone who’s lived it

Rooted in care. Centred on you.

Holistic Mothercare

Motherhood is messy, magical, and a little unhinged — and you shouldn’t have to navigate it alone. Judgement free, mental-health-first approach. Keeping your postpartum bubble as peaceful and healing as possible.

This will look different for each birthing person. From the third trimester onward we’ll work together to identify your needs and adjust as life throws the guaranteed unknown our way.

Individualized Nutrition

A plan as unique as each of you, supplements, depletion, connecting mind/body, everything in moderation, nothing fussy. Meeting you where you’re at, nothing worse then agreeing to a plan that’s not realistic. Rewrite your relationship with food.

Real Support. Real Stories.

Feel less alone and more grounded

We belong together

I may not have all the answers, but I commit to finding them for you. Think of me as your 4th trimester bestie, I’ve been there, survived it and I’ll show up with a snack and a smile when you need it most.

More than support

Who you are now is different and that’s exactly what I’m here to help you honour and celebrate. Postpartum has a funny way of shedding light on all that we’ve been avoiding. It’s time to learn how to trust your voice and stay centred as the ground shifts beneath you - because change is the only constant in parenthood.
